staying here allowed me to easily walk to Panagal Park and MGR Memorial House, both providing beautiful spots for relaxing strolls as I soaked up the local sights.

Exactly what I think – no more, no less

A pleasant stay with friendly staff who made everything seamless. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wonderful spread, and the Premier Room was comfortable. Impeccable service from the restaurant team, ensuring we felt special during meals. Great location with all necessary amenities close by.

Central location makes it easy to access T Nagar for shopping. Premier room comes with a king size bed, smart toilet, Nespresso machine, and flat-screen TV. Unique iPad controls for room settings. Spa facilities include outdoor pools and various massage options. Breakfast offers South Indian dishes and delicious pastries. The staff, especially Mr Gandhi's coffee, made meals special.

Target audience family vacation

The staff really went the extra mile, especially Mr Anand and Mr Rajesh, our Duty Managers, and I'm telling you, they made us feel right at home. Such attention to detail, like when Mr Manimaran in the...  

It was just an ideal choice for a trip in Chennai with value for money. Yousuf Khan did an excellent job cleaning my room. Just be patient with the front desk, they can be a bit slow.

The room came with an iPad to control everything, including lights and curtains. The rooftop restaurant SKY serves exceptional Asian and Indian dishes. Room service was prompt and hot, with excellent menu variety....  

Exceptional service marked our stay, with attentive staff ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The breakfast offered a delightful spread, particularly the pastries, and I savored the Tuscan bread during meals. While we enjoyed the location, the swimming and sunbathing areas were disappointing as they were closed for repairs, impacting our relaxation time. A more coordinated update on facilities would have enhanced our experience.

Exceptional Service and Comfort

During our month-long stay, the staff provided top-notch service, ensuring that all our needs were met. From the attentive Duty Managers to the friendly bellboy, every member contributed to our comfort, making our time memorable. The restaurant staff, especially, treated us with smiles and served delicious meals that were a true delight. One drawback was the limited breakfast options on the 18th floor compared to the main restaurant, but overall, the experience was fantastic.

Exceptional staff service

This place has a fantastic location in Chennai, close to shopping centers and the airport. The service here is top-notch. The reception staff treated me with warm smiles daily, especially Natasha and Divya. I really appreciated how attentive the Duty Managers, Mr Anand and Mr Rajesh, were to my needs. The housekeeping provided great service, keeping my room spotless every day. I loved the breakfast. Deepika and the chefs served amazing food, and that South Indian coffee was a highlight. However, I faced some issues with mosquitoes in the lobby and dining areas. Despite reporting it, the problem lingered, making meals less enjoyable. Also, one of the elevators had inconsistent service, leading to some annoyance while waiting. Overall, lovely staff made the stay worthwhile, and I would return but hope to see improvements in pest control and elevator service.

A Memorable Relaxation Experience

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the attentive staff at the spa. Despite the steam room being out of order, my massage was fantastic! The restaurant had a diverse menu and Mukesh's service was impeccable. Don't miss the breakfast buffet – it's a great way to start your day!
